Regine began her yoga practice in 2009. She enrolled herself in a Yoga Techer’s training course with Ojas Yoga and later that same year, Regine also became a certified instructor in Yogilates under Jonathan Urla. Yoga continued to a central focus in Regine’s life ever since.
Regine design classes in body alignment influenced by lyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Forrest Yoga. Forrest Yoga founded by Ana Forrest in based upon 4 pillars: Breathe, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. Regine shares this form of yoga helps release mental and physical toxins as it focuses on self-awareness and inner strength through the breathe and practice.
