This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This beginner yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. This level class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental of Hatha yoga postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice.
It is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on sequence of basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.
Intermediate classes generate a deeper understanding of yoga, building strength & resilience, with regular practice of Iyengar yoga poses such as backbends, headstand/shoulderstand & pranayama.
Intermediate Flow is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. This level class will be more athletic, requiring some stamina and also incorporating more advance postures grounding in the fundamentals of ashtanga breath practice, bandas (lock) and asanas.
With an emphasis on breath, participants will explore the alignment of yoga poses one after the other working towards more intermediate and advanced poses. Strength, balance and coordination will be challenged. It suits for intermediate or advanced level students who is seeking to challenge themselves and their practices.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine with a blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles. It helps build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominal, arm, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
PILATES SHAPE UP
Learn how to increase your cardio levels and be prepared to sweat into the body of your dreams. Pilates Shape Up is designed to challenge your body to its very limit, building total strength and flexibility through resistance training.
A cross between yoga and Pilates, this methodology works great for toning muscles, improving strength and stamina, and strengthening your core. Yogalates is an ideal way to lose some weight. Props like gym balls, bands, straps and blocks are used to give better results.
YOGA SHAPE UP
Yoga Shape Up moves beyond traditional yoga practice with today’s latest cutting edge fat burning techniques that integrates all the muscles in your body. Aerial Yoga is a new type of Yoga that uses a fabric hammock, as a tool to help students achieve traditional yoga poses. Aerial Yoga defies gravity and allows you to perform various yoga poses that may be difficult to do on the ground, but easier in mid-air. While the body is being supported students learn how to achieve proper alignment through relaxation versus effort. Aerial Yoga is a non-impact, safe, and effective form of exercise that allows you to feel weightless and free!
In this fun and creative class, children explore the physical and mental practices of yoga. They will learn poses that engage their creativity and the environment around them. Using songs and games children will become familiar with how they feel, how their bodies move through space, and basic alignment. Balance, flexibility, and coordination are explored as poses are practiced. Kids get a chance to teach the poses to each other and work in partners and groups.
Prenatal yoga can be a great way to prepare for childbirth and promote baby’s health. Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. It also helps to meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.
