Beginner Yoga

For new comers, offering strength, flexibility, and Hatha yoga fundamentals at a moderate pace.

Beginner Flow

For newcomers, seeking yoga’s therapeutic benefits. This gentle practice emphasizes basic poses, breath awareness, stretching, and relaxation for a soothing and revitalizing experience.

Intermediate Yoga

Involves deepening your yoga practice with lyengar poses like backbends, headstand, shoulderstand, and pranayama.

Intermediate Flow

A more athletic class, incorporating more advanced postures grounding in the fundamentals of Ashtanga breathing practice, and Bandhas and Asanas.

Intermediate Alignment

Focus on breathing and alignment in intermediate and advanced poses, challenging strength, balancing and coordination.
